Security Service reviews AI-generated video depicting violence against immigrants

Latvia’s State Security Service is reviewing an AI-generated video posted on the platform X by boxer Kristaps Zušs, LSM reported. The video depicts violent scenes involving third-country nationals, including rough and cruel treatment of food delivery workers.

The review began after the State Police received a submission from Mairita Lūse, a Riga City Council member from the Progresīvie party, and forwarded it to the State Security Service within its remit.

The service is not currently providing further comment.
