Lithuania to stay warm as temperatures reach 26 degrees

LRT reports that Monday will be mostly clear in Lithuania, with temperatures reaching 21 to 26 degrees. No rain is expected, and winds will be light and variable.

Tuesday night will be calm, clear and dry, with temperatures falling to 10 to 15 degrees. Daytime temperatures will rise to 23 to 28 degrees. Most of the country will remain dry, although brief rain is possible in the southernmost part of the country in the afternoon.

Weather conditions will begin to change on Wednesday as a new cyclone approaches from the west. Brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in some areas, mainly in western districts, and dangerous wind gusts may occur during thunderstorms. Temperatures will reach 27 to 32 degrees, with cooler conditions of about 25 degrees expected on the coast.

The risk of storms will increase on Thursday and Friday. Brief heavy showers will pass through many parts of the country, with isolated thunderstorms possible. Temperatures will reach 26 to 31 degrees on Thursday and 22 to 27 degrees on Friday.

The weekend is expected to be drier, with temperatures of around 20 degrees.
