Sunday to bring showers and temperatures up to 24 degrees
Sunday will bring temperatures of up to 24 degrees Celsius and scattered showers, ERR reported. The night before will be rainy, with a risk of thunderstorms in eastern Estonia. Winds will be weak and variable, and temperatures will range from 11 to 16 degrees.
On Sunday morning, eastern Estonia will be cloudy, with rain in many places. Showers may also occur in central and southern Estonia. Western Estonia will see fewer clouds and mostly dry conditions. Winds will mainly be from the west at 2 to 7 metres per second, with gusts of up to 12 metres per second. Temperatures will range from 13 to 18 degrees.
The afternoon will have partly cloudy skies and scattered showers. Southwesterly and westerly winds will strengthen to 4 to 10 metres per second, with coastal gusts of up to 15 metres per second in the afternoon. Temperatures will reach 19 to 24 degrees.
Most of Sunday evening will be dry. Southwesterly and westerly winds will blow at 4 to 10 metres per second, with coastal gusts of up to 15 metres per second. Temperatures will remain as high as 20 degrees.
The new week will bring both sunny days and wetter weather.
Monday night will be dry, while the day will bring isolated showers. Southwesterly and westerly winds will strengthen slightly. Temperatures will range from 9 to 17 degrees at night and from 18 to 23 degrees during the day.
Tuesday will be mostly dry, with moderate winds turning southerly during the day. Temperatures will reach up to 25 degrees.
A low-pressure system will bring new rain clouds and thunderstorms on Wednesday. Widespread showers are also expected on Thursday. The average daily air temperature will rise to 24 degrees.
