Temperatures to reach 33 degrees with scattered showers

Lithuania will see summer-like temperatures of up to 33°C this week, though rain and thunderstorms are also expected, according to a forecast by the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service reported by LRT.

Friday will start sunny, but clouds will form in the afternoon, bringing short-lived rain and thunderstorms in places, with possible small hail. Temperatures will range between 28–33°C.

On Saturday night, brief showers are expected in some areas, with thunderstorms possible. Temperatures will hover around 13–18°C at night and 24–29°C during the day, with scattered rain and thunderstorms continuing.

Sunday will see rain in many regions at night, but showers will ease during the day, with only isolated light rain remaining. Nighttime temperatures will stay between 13–18°C, while daytime highs will reach 21–26°C.
