Man assaults minor in Visaginas

Utena County Police reported that a man assaulted a minor in Visaginas on Sunday evening.

According to preliminary information, the incident occurred at around 22:18 on Veteranų Street. A known man caused physical pain to a minor born in 2008. A pre-trial investigation has been launched.
