Content creator Balykovas accepts blame for ex-girlfriend’s allegations of violence

Comedian and social media content creator Viktoras Balykovas has announced a peaceful resolution to his dispute with his ex-girlfriend, stylist Vilte Kinderevičiūtė, and accepted responsibility for her public allegations of possible violence, as reported by BNS.

The pair shared a joint statement on their social media accounts, saying: “It’s time to end this harmful chain. We are tired of the accusations, the exploitation of the situation, and the public explanations. We decided to stop because we see that it hurts not only us but also the people we care about.”

“We have settled our dispute peacefully. There are no accusations left between us,” the statement added.

In April, Balykovas filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend over her public claims of possible violence against her. The comedian sought to have the information declared false and damaging to his reputation. The couple ended their relationship several years ago, but the allegations surfaced publicly after rapper Dominykas Ježerys (OG Version) mentioned them on social media. Kinderevičiūtė later confirmed the claims in her own posts.

Balykovas had previously denied the allegations, stating he did not condone violence and that his ex-girlfriend had herself been violent toward him on multiple occasions. Following the spread of the allegations, several companies, including Maxima, Biovela, and Vilniaus Duona, suspended their collaborations with Balykovas. The court date for the civil case had been repeatedly postponed.
