Rainy weather to persist in Lithuania, but warmth will return soon
Rainy conditions will continue across Lithuania on Thursday, with heavy downpours and thunderstorms expected in many areas, according to Janas Voitkevičius, a forecaster at the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service, as reported by LRT.
Northern regions may see more hail, with short bursts of rain dominating. Temperatures on Thursday will range between 16–21°C, with the warmest conditions in the northeastern and northern parts of the country.
Thursday night will bring a slight cooldown, with temperatures dropping to 9–14°C. Friday will see a rise to 16–20°C, but rain and isolated thunderstorms are still expected. The weekend will remain wet, with temperatures reaching 19–24°C on Saturday.
Sunday will mark a shift, as warmer weather returns, with highs of up to 27°C. Monday will bring light, brief showers, but temperatures will climb further to 23–28°C.
