Fire breaks out in a hangar in Klaipėda district

A fire broke out in a hangar in the village of Kalotė, Klaipėda district, on Thursday evening, the Emergency Response Centre (BPC) reported.

The BPC received the alert at 19:19, with the fire confirmed at Adamo Brako Street in Kalotė. Firefighting units from Klaipėda, Palanga, Kretinga, and Klaipėda district were dispatched to the scene. The Klaipėda emergency medical services and the Klaipėda County Chief Police Commissariat were also notified.
