Child drowns in Šyšos river in Šilutė

A child has drowned in the Šyšos river in Šilutė, according to a report by LRT.

Police in Tauragė county said the body of a child, born in 2013, was found in the river at around 21:10 on Thursday evening. A pre-trial investigation has been launched to determine the cause of death.
