Lithuania will see a shift to summer-like warmth in the second half of the week, though rain will persist, according to Teresė Kaunienė, a forecaster at the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service (LHMT), as reported by LRT.

Over the weekend and into Monday, the country will experience cloudy skies with occasional rain showers. Winds will blow from the southwest and west at 5–10 m/s, with overnight lows between 8–13°C. Tuesday will bring more of the same, with scattered showers—some heavy—and possible thunderstorms. Winds will strengthen to 8–13 m/s, with gusts up to 15–18 m/s in places. Daytime highs will reach 13–18°C, with the coolest temperatures in Samogitia.

By midweek, a cyclone will gradually move away, but its influence will linger. Wednesday will remain overcast with intermittent light rain, though precipitation will be lighter than on Tuesday. Winds will shift to the west and northwest at 8–13 m/s. Temperatures will range from 8–13°C at night to 16–21°C during the day.

Thursday will see the edge of a high-pressure system from Central Europe bring more stable conditions. Skies will be partly cloudy, with a low chance of rain, though morning fog is possible in some areas as winds calm. Daytime temperatures will climb to 18–23°C, except along the coast, where it will be cooler at 15–17°C.

As the weekend approaches, temperatures will continue to rise. Friday will bring higher pressure, lighter winds, and more sunshine, though scattered showers remain possible, particularly in the north and east. Overnight lows will stay mild at 10–15°C, while daytime highs will reach 20–25°C, or 17–19°C on the coast.

Saturday is expected to be dry, with light, variable winds. Temperatures will range from 10–15°C at night to 22–27°C during the day, except in the Curonian Spit, where it will be slightly cooler. Sunday will see an increased chance of rain, but temperatures will rise further.
