Police launch investigation after minor found with suspected narcotic substance in Radviliškis

Police in Šiauliai County have launched a pre-trial investigation after a minor was found in possession of a suspected narcotic substance in Radviliškis on Thursday evening, LRT reports.

According to authorities, at approximately 21:20 local time, a 2009-born juvenile was discovered in a public area on G. Sakalausko Street with a vape containing a plant-based substance suspected to be narcotic. The investigation has been initiated under charges of unlawful possession of narcotic or psychotropic substances without intent to distribute.
