Short showers and cooler temperatures expected across Lithuania

Lithuania will experience short spells of rain, possible thunderstorms, and lower temperatures this weekend, according to a forecast from the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service.

On Friday, most areas will see clear skies with brief showers, and thunderstorms are possible in some regions. A light westerly wind will blow. Temperatures will range between 15–20°C.

Saturday night will bring scattered showers in places, while Saturday daytime will see widespread short rain showers, with thunderstorms possible in some areas. Winds will shift direction, reaching 6–11 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will hover around 7–12°C, with daytime highs of 16–21°C.

Sunday’s weather will resemble Saturday’s, with widespread overnight clearing and daytime short showers, including possible thunderstorms. A southwesterly wind of 8–13 m/s is expected. Temperatures will range from 8–13°C at night to 14–19°C during the day.
