Short showers and cooler temperatures expected across Lithuania

Lithuania will experience brief showers, possible thunderstorms, and cooler temperatures this weekend, according to a forecast from the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service.

On Friday, many areas will see clear skies with short rain showers, occasionally accompanied by thunder. A light westerly wind will prevail, with temperatures ranging between 15–20°C.

Saturday night will bring scattered showers in places, while daytime will see widespread short rain, with thunderstorms possible in some areas. Winds will shift direction, reaching 6–11 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will hover around 7–12°C, rising to 16–21°C during the day.

Sunday’s weather will mirror Saturday’s, with overnight clearing in many regions and daytime showers, again with possible thunderstorms. Southwesterly winds of 8–13 m/s are expected. Temperatures will range from 8–13°C at night to 14–19°C during the day.
