Lithuania will see a mix of sunshine, warmth, and scattered showers over the weekend as changeable weather persists, according to the country’s Hydrometeorological Service.

Forecasters report that a low-pressure system over eastern Lithuania will keep skies partly cloudy on Friday, with brief, light rain expected—primarily in the eastern regions. Winds will remain strong, particularly in the east, with gusts reaching 15–18 m/s. Daytime temperatures will climb to 15–20°C, though the Curonian Spit will stay cooler at 12–14°C.

Saturday will bring clearer conditions as high pressure builds. Skies will be mostly sunny with no significant rain, though morning temperatures may drop to 3–8°C, with ground frost possible in the northwest. Afternoon highs will reach 17–22°C, slightly cooler along the coast.

Rain returns on Sunday as a new low-pressure system moves in, bringing scattered showers—some with thunder—across much of the country. Winds will stay moderate, with overnight lows of 5–10°C and daytime highs again near 17–22°C (13–16°C on the coast).

The unsettled pattern continues into next week, with further showers—some heavy and accompanied by thunder—while daytime temperatures hold steady at 17–22°C.
