Vilnius police investigate two suspected assaults on minors
Vilnius police have launched investigations into two separate incidents of suspected violence against minors, public broadcaster LRT reported on Wednesday.
In the first case, a 42-year-old woman allegedly assaulted a 14-year-old at a residential address in the capital at around 6:50 AM, causing physical pain. Later the same day, at approximately 1:55 PM, a man reportedly used physical force against a 16-year-old in a separate location.
Preliminary pre-trial investigations have been opened for causing physical pain or minor health impairment. The Vilnius County Chief Police Commissariat is handling the cases.
