Three men found dead in Vilnius apartment in suspected drug overdose
Three men were found dead in an apartment in Vilnius on Saturday afternoon, with police suspecting a drug overdose, LRT.lt reports, citing ELTA.
The bodies were discovered in a flat on Šaltkalvių Street in the Lithuanian capital. According to police, a relative of the apartment owner called emergency services after finding one deceased man inside. Officers arriving at the scene confirmed three men, all around 35 years old, had died.
A spokesperson for the Vilnius County Chief Police Commissariat told ELTA that the initial report of a single death was received at approximately 14:25. A subsequent search of the apartment revealed two additional bodies. Preliminary findings suggest the men died from a drug overdose.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
