Warm and dry weekend ahead with temperatures reaching 16°C

Lithuania can expect pleasant weekend weather with no rain forecast and temperatures climbing as high as 16°C in some areas, according to the country’s Hydrometeorological Service.

Simona Dalinkevičiūtė, a synoptic meteorologist with the service, told LRT Radio that both Saturday and Sunday will bring clear skies and dry conditions. Winds will remain light and variable in direction.

On Saturday, daytime temperatures will range from 11°C to 16°C, though coastal regions will stay cooler at 6–10°C. Sunday will see similar conditions, with partly cloudy skies but no rain expected. Temperatures will again reach 11–16°C, with western areas slightly cooler.

Monday will bring a slight chance of light rain in places. Winds will shift direction, reaching speeds of 3–8 m/s. Nighttime lows will hover around -2°C to 3°C, while daytime highs will drop to 8–13°C.
